DIY 3D Potted Succulent Greeting Cars

So yesterday was my sister's birthday. And, as always, I put off making a card until an hour before her party. Traditionally, my family makes each other homemade cards. Because they're more personal, and more, let's face it, free.

 What you will need:

3 sheets of different colored paper (Construction paper or card stock)
Bronze Sharpie Marker
Scotch Tape

Yup, that's it. So alls you gots to do is draw four pot shapes on one sheet of paper (I used pink card stock) and cut em out. Draw the details of the pot with your sharpie (Or a regular marker)

Then draw four differently shaped succulents or cacti and add bronze details.

Tape additional leaves on the plants to give them more of a 3D effect.

Tape the succulents to the pot

Roll a piece of tape and tape that stinker to a folded white card stock paper.

Tada! And there you have a beautiful greeting card.

I wrote this cheesy little ditty to connect the card's sentiments to the design.

Have fun!

  2. Just take out the 7.2v rechargeable battery pack, and the AC adapter, plug it in and hardly takes 20-30 minutes to charge the battery and, now you are ready to fire on the road.
