Triple-Decker Sourdough Cheeseburger Melt

This burger is rated Cravings- level 10. The ultimate summer sandwich. The Juiciest, most unbelievable experience ever to be stacked onto a plate. And here's how it's made....
Wait, actually first I need to vent about something. It's HTML. I don't know what that means. I don't even know what the acronym stands for, or if it even is an acronym. But apparently, you need a basic understanding of this mysterious phenomenon in order to make a blog worthy of Advertisement companies doing business with you. Meaning, paying you to have their adds on your blog.
Not that this was ever about the money.
 Except that it always was.
You see, my sister (Who you will know as Yammie ) lives in Germany with her husband. And she is carrying an unborn baby in her tummy. And naturally it is vital that I visit her when that little dumpling is born. But as you may know, plane tickets to Germany don't exactly rain from the sky. They usually cost around a thousand dollars. Ew.
My part-time job working as a receptionist at my dad's office is very part-time. He's basically semi-retired. So I work three days a week, if we even work that week. So I need some extra buckage to get my behind to Deutschland.
So I applied for "Adsense", but apparently my blog is "Too difficult to navigate" for their taste. Psh.
And here I thought I was a genius to figure out how to add follow buttons for pinterest, facebook and instagram.
The bottom line is, I need to become a computer nerd ASAP. I need to learn what the heck HTML is and how to manipulate it to do my bidding. So I went to the library and checked out some HTML for Dummies books. So we'll see how grand I can make my website.

Anywho..... back to these beautiful burgers.....

What you will need:
  • A quarter pound of Ground Beef
  • 1 Teaspoon Garlic Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Teaspoon Minced Onion Flakes
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 4 slices of Cheddar Cheese (Cut into circles)
  • 4 slices of Sourdough Bread
  • Your favorite condiments (I used a slice of fresh tomato, onion, and oval dill pickles. I usually like lettuce on mine)
Secret Sauce:
  • 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
  • 2 Tablespoons Mayo
  • 1/4 Tablespoon Mustard

What you will do:
  • Season the ground beef with garlic salt, paprika, minced onion flakes, and black pepper and form into a patty.
  • Fry patty on the stove top on medium high. Place one cheddar slice on top. Use circle cookie cutter. cut into a perfect circle ;)
  • Use the cookie cutter on the 4 sourdough slices.
  • Butter two slices of sourdough and assemble 3 cutout slices of sharp cheddar cheese to make a little grilled cheese, either broiled in the oven, or pan fried (I broiled it)
  • Toast the remaining sourdough slices in the oven
  • Whisk sauce ingredients together

Assembling the sandwich:
  • 1st layer: bread, burger with cheese
  • 2nd layer: Bread, condiments, secret sauce
  • 3rd layer, grilled cheese
  • Top with a skewer and black olive
  • Devour

Enjoy!
